INTERNATIONAL AWARD WINNERS CELEBRATE THEIR SUCCESS

Newbury's longest established design company - Publicity Project - are celebrating a successful win for their client, Nirvana International, at the recent International Property Awards 2007 event, for international property marketing.

Known as 'The Oscars of the Property Industry', the International Property Awards aim to acknowledge excellence in various aspects of property development across the world.

The client company, Nirvana International were rightly proud to collect their awards, confirming the pride and professionalism they take in the design, build and marketing of their properties.

Publicity Project of New Greenham Park, produced winning marketing work for a second year running for Nirvana International (who are based just outside Newbury, specialists in property development specifically in Turkey). Nirvana have quickly earned a well-deserved reputation for designing and building prestigious villas and apartments in this relatively unknown and unspoilt part of the Turkish Riviera.

PUBLICITY PROJECT - Newbury's longest standing design agency, submitted a year's worth of marketing material for Phase 2 of Nirvana's Augustus Resort, covering printed material, advertising and exhibition design. Their submissions comprised the winning entry for the IPA's four star Best Property Marketing award for a second year.

Established by the current MD, Su Elsden in 1982, the company prides itself in producing creative yet 'workmanlike' solutions to meet a wide range of marketing tasks. Says Su, 'now in our 25th year, we have won various accolades over the last two decades, but are especially proud of this award, given its international status.
